September 2024 Group Fitness Schedule

Walk better! Building strength and using movement to help improve  gait

Whether you are a runner, hiker, or just simply someone who walks maintaining good gait and/or improving your gait is important.

This September Group fitness classes will be focusing on  aspects of gait to help you move better.
